I was fortunate to lead a highly creative team at monks, for General Motors’ organic social engine, overseeing always-on content and social-first campaigns for Cadillac, Buick, and GMC. Upon joining, I scaled and lead a creative team across 4 time zones, 6 cities, and multiple continents; elevating design, copy, and motion in a fast-paced content environment. We led with platform-specific concepts, balancing trends, product and brand storytelling to optimize engagement.
As part of a leading AI creative agency, we pioneered the integration of AI creative tools (Runway, MidJourney, Claude, Topaz, Gemini, Higgsfield, proprietary Monks.Flow and more) into social team's copy, art, motion and live-action workflows.
During my oversight, Cadillac sustained the best performance on their social channels since their inception.
